Here is quote from the application:

This project proposes an uncontrolled mid-block cross walk across Silva Valley Parkway to connect the proposed class I bike path to the existing New York Creek Trail (east) Class I bike trail.

Also, design and construct approximately 0.9 miles of Class II Bike Lane along northbound and southbound Silva Valley Parkway from Appian Way intersection to Green Valley Road. A Class II bike lane is also proposed along southbound Silva Valley Parkway from Appian Way to Harvard Way.

The project would include installation of storm drain culverts, fencing, grading, paving, signing, striping, pavement markings, adjusting utilities to grade and relocating signs. The proposed project is within the existing El Dorado County right of way.
